We carry mortise locks, cylindrical levers, and panic hardware built for doors that get opened all day, not once or twice like at home. Everything’s ANSI-graded and prepped to pass inspection. We also carry fire-rated hardware and unique offerings you won’t find anywhere else.

Our gate latches keep your fence line locked down. They’re built to protect what’s on the other side of that fence, not just slow someone down for a minute. Available from light commercial use up to heavy-duty industrial use.

Fence-Loc™
Gate Latch

Our patented T-Bar design lets you access the padlock from either side of the fence, with built-in bolt cutter protection so the gate stays locked even if the bolts get removed.

It’s fully adjustable to fit a range of gate openings and round frame sizes, no drop rods needed. Installation is simple, just two bolts, and everything you need comes included.

King Pin
Lock

With millions of dollars in cargo stolen every year, CPI’s proprietary King Pin Lock secures to the king pin itself, so a trailer can’t be hooked up and towed without authorization.

It also works as a quick visual check, since a locked trailer means it isn’t ready to move, and the built-in handle keeps it easy to carry and your hands off the grease.

Both. We stock mortise locks, panic hardware, and cylindrical levers built for commercial buildings, not the stuff you’d find at a hardware store for a house.

Can you master-key a whole building?

Yes. We pin our own cores and cut our own keys on site, so if you’ve got twenty doors that all need to work off one key, we can set that up.
